Lindsay & Julian met on Tinder in June 2014. They chatted on the app for about 3-4 weeks before Julian asked for her phone number. He asked her out on a date to officially meet which they did on July 27, 2014, at Starbucks. Lindsay jokes that he looked terrible, as he was working too much and was pretty exhausted. His first impression of Lindsay was that “she was so normal.” They ended up chatting for hours and went on a second date at Open Sesame in South Calgary. They moved fairly quickly after that and ended up on a camping trip together where Julian ended up asking her to officially be his girlfriend.

Two years later Julian asked her father (a retired police officer) for his permission to marry Lindsay as he knew that was something very special for both of them. He then proposed on a hike at Johnson Canyon on June 30th, 2016 while on a little weekend getaway. They were by the water when he just ‘winged it’ and proposed. She of course said yes! She didn’t cry but only because there were people around watching haha. They took a photo and sent it to all their friends and family and went for dinner at Park in Banff, Alberta and celebrated with champagne after at their hotel.

They were married on July 14, 2018, at a  very special and sentimental location for the Ross Family, Heritage Park. Lindsay’s parents were also married here and they hope it would be a standing tradition for their growing family, something that Lindsays Dad, Steve, mentioned in his toast to the couple during dinner. It was a beautiful summer day with bright skies and lush greenery all over the park. Lindsay and Julian had a first look to combat the nerves but Julian still got emotional when he first saw Lindsay and Steve walked arm in arm down the aisle towards him at Prince House, moments away from that moment he was looking forward to the most, for her to become his wife.

They are such a sweet couple, Lindsay always crinkles her nose in the sweetest little grin when she looks at him. Every time Julian wraps his arms around her they naturally sway side to side ever so lightly. It’s truly SO beautiful and unique to who they are. When I noticed this I asked if they dance in their kitchen together which they replied, “always!” Lindsay is most proud of her now-husband for his courage with his business and Julian, as so many people do as I listened to the speeches, loves how caring Lindsay is to everyone she meets. She is so nurturing which isn’t surprising as she is a nurse at a private clinic in Calgary. Together they are a couple that laughs easily, dances hard on the dance floor, and who couldn’t keep their hands off each other during their first dance. So much so Julians Mom cutely yelled, “less kissing, more dancing!” haha! They love each other so deeply and I am so excited that they are officially husband and wife! Congratulations again Mr & Mrs Moule!! xo
